How long does the order process?

• Your order information will be sent to our overseas warehouse within 24 hours for arranging a timely shipment of your package. Once processed, you are not able to change your order information or cancel your order.
• If you need any help with your order, please contact our customer service staff via e-mail [ support@parrior.com ] within 24 hours from the time of your purchase. If our customer service staff doesn’t get your confirmation of our solution within the next 48 hours from our reply, we will continue processing your order and sending out your package.
• Our overseas warehouse will process your order within 1-3 business days. 

How long does delivery take?

3-5 business days. 
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time? 

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out? 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. 

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Please contact customer support at support@parrior.com. 

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please enter the correct address. Wrong and imcomplete address will affect your delivery, and the customer will be responsible for failed delivery.

What You Need to Know for Return & Exchange 

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 

Return Procedure 

1. Please contact our customer service staff via email at support@parrior.com to ask for a Parrior Product Return Request Form. 

2. Please fulfill the Parrior Product Return Request Form that our customer service replied to you.

3. Once your request form is received, we will check your request form and re-contact you within 3 business days.
 
4. Once your return request got approved, please drop off the package at the local post office.
 
5. Remember to feedback to us on the tracking number of your return package.
 
6. When your return package arrives at Parrior warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@parrior.com.

* Refund is calculated according to the actual amount paid, in the cases of discount code usage and sales. 

Return Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. All returned merchandise must include the following:

• Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
• Original packing slip.
• All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
• All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation. 

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
